Staff were brilliant and couldnt be more helpful, views very good. Great value for money with gym and pool.

The hotel bar, terrace, and pool area are really nice. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating! The free funicular to get down to the bus stop from the hotel is very convenient, and easy to get into town centre taking the local bus for €2 or walk 50 minutes. And just a 20 minute journey in the opposite direction to Cala Major, a really lovely beach.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The evenings spent in the restaurant were truly unforgettable. The elegant and charming atmosphere, coupled with the warm and attentive staff, made me feel incredibly welcome. The culinary experience was exceptional, with a menu offering a wide array of delectable dishes. Each plate was a work of art, prepared with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. The flavors were exquisite, and the service was impeccable. The sommelier's expertise in pairing wines with the meal was commendable. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking view from the restaurant. Whether it was a vibrant cityscape or a serene garden, the scenery added an extra layer of enchantment to my dining experience. Good breakfast, but a little expensive. Well sized rooms and facilities, the rooms were a bit warm. Night service were very helpful and kind. Location of hotel is very good, easy transport to central Palma. Pool was a good temperature.

The staff was very friendly, especially Cristina (the manager). They were very helpful with all our questions and allowed us to use the facilities before, since we arrived before our check-in time.

Breakfast was exceptional, really :) The staff in the restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating, we especially liked Cremena, she is very nice and accommodating, we always talked about Palma for a long time great hotel, good and accessible location, the bus stop is close but you can also walk to the center, it took us less than half an hour...Each room has a balcony with a nice view, the beds are comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is really phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and nice, they always gave us extensive information about everything we asked them, for example what to visit on the island and the like...great hotel!

Good hotel, felt like it had everything we could need - nice triple room with sea view, helpful staff who spoke good English, restaurants and bars (though we didn't actually eat there), good access to buses and taxis, ATM in the hotel and of course - the gorgeous view over the bay and lovely pool and sun terrace. There was even an indoor pool! The area of Palma slopes steeply down towards the bay and the hotel has a fun 'funicular lift' going down to the street, where you can get the no 4 bus into central Palma. You can also take a stroll round the bay to or from town (took us about an hour at a leisurely pace).
